Billie Q (Jill Bertels)

Billie Q is a visual artist, residing in Antwerp (Belgium). She works mostly with photography and video.Billie has completed her BA in Fine Arts in 2020, at Sint Lucas Antwerp. She's now pursuing a master's degree in Fine Arts.Womanhood is a major theme in her work.
